Can I marry my half cousin?

I live in Thailand and I am looking to marry my first-half cousin in Thailand. What are the laws regarding such marriage in Thailand? Would this be allowed in Thailand?

The According to the Thai Civil and Commercial Code, parties for marriage should have no blood relations. They should not be in the direct descendant or descendant line. Marrying your first-half cousin cannot be done in Thailand.

    Can people whom have the same last name who is not related by blood be allow to get marry in Thailand?

      Yes. Depending on the nationality of the couple, they will need to present their birth certificates or other relevant documents as evidence that they are not related.
