Once you have retained our services we will forward to you a questionnaire which you would need to complete and return to us.
This would be a basic questionnaire to assess your K1 Visa petition. We will then forward a list of documents needed from you to start the K1 Visa process. Once you have returned these documents we will compile the materials necessary to send to the USCIS and eventually for the US embassy for the interview date.
