2. The promotion is only available to buyers of the Thailand Elite visas using Siam Legal (Thailand) Co., Ltd. as their sole agent. Sign-up through Siam Legal registered Partners are not eligible for the Exclusive Special Privileges.
3. This promotional offer is not valid for sub-agents, other agents, or buying directly from other “official websites” not owned by Siam Legal (Thailand) Co., Ltd.  You must submit your Thailand Elite application through Siam Legal (Thailand) Co, Ltd. representing you as your sole agent in order to qualify for this promotion.

5. Purchase of the 600,000 THB elite visa will earn the buyer the Tier 1 package of club Marriott promotion.  Purchase of the 1 million THB or higher Elite visa will earn the buyer the Tier 2 package of the club Marriott promotion.
