How to Get Thailand Elite Visa on Arrival at the Airport
Thailand Elite Visa can be claimed upon arrival at the airport (Suvarnabhumi Airport), that you just arrived at. Being able to claim it upon arrival is much easier and more convenient than going to your local Thai embassy. Upon arrival, a Thailand Elite staff will wait for your arrival to accommodate you and to give you the Thailand privilege card you need before getting to take advantage of the benefits of having a Thailand Elite Visa.
Thai Elite Visa
The Thailand Elite Visa is a long-term visa given to the Thailand Privilege Card members. It is categorized under Tourist Visa (Privilege Entry Visa “PE”) allowing residency in Thailand along with benefits for a period between 5, 10, or 20 years depending on the chosen package in exchange for a membership fee. This visa is a 5-year renewable multiple entry visa with an extendable 1-year length of stay per each entry. Its visa holder can have an uninterrupted stay in Thailand without the usual need to leave the country every 90 days as with the other visa types. Thai Elite Visa holders will also receive expedited immigration formalities and passport control processing when arriving in Thailand.

For fully vaccinated travelers, you may enter Thailand without quarantine through the Phuket Sandbox and Samui Plus Sandbox programs.

With Thailand very slowly reopening to visitors, one of the latest requirements for visitors is the mandatory COVID-19 insurance plan for foreigners that covers the traveler for a minimum of $20,000 (the Thai policies generally cover 750 thousand Thai baht).
