Kao Karat Condo is an older resort built in 1994 but in a top location central for Pattaya. It has a recently completely renovated and updated swimming pool from over 40 meter, suitable for lap swimming. Since not so long the previous maintenance team is replaced and all communal services improved a lot. It has now a very good security with the entrance only to pass with invitation or owners cards, a compete CCTV system, a full time large team to clean all communal parts and friendly staff at the pool, shop, poolside restaurant, laundry and fitness suite.
