I am a confused about the requirements. In some websites the dimensions for photo is 4×6 but in some others is 3.5×4.5 . Also, the amount of cash in some websites is 10.000per person and 20.000 per family but in some others is 20.000 per person and 40.000 per family. Is there any change to the requirements?
